Relying on CNC machining skills, Xinshida Operation Control has changed the manual dispensing link in the drip molding process to machine active dispensing, which has greatly improved the power of production.
As shown in the figure, the drip molding machine adopts the gantry type planning, which is mainly composed of the bed, operation and control system, X/Y/Z three-axis motion system (servo system drives the ball screw drive), feeding module, and dispensing module.
The operation and control system mainly provides G-code map processing, motion track planning, dispensing valve drip molding process control, HMI handheld touch control and button control graphic processing process and other functions.
The communication servo system of the X/Y/Z three-axis motion system bears the command information from the control system, and after power amplification and shaping treatment, it is converted into the linear displacement movement of the parts of the drip molding machine, and its performance will directly affect the accuracy and speed of the drip molding machine and other skill indicators, requiring outstanding rapid response performance, accurately and actively staring at the digital command signal announced by the manipulator, and can faithfully perform the instructions from the upper controller, and improve the dynamic following characteristics and static tracking accuracy of the system.
The drip molding machine relies on the X/Y/Z three-axis motion system to reach the designated position of the PVC paste dispensing needle to the drip mold, and controls the amount of dispensing by controlling the time of extruding paste resin and the speed of needle movement. to achieve a certain dispensing effect
