The initiation process of the system after the scheduled repair is as follows:
(1) Power supply. Turn on the power supply equipment (including UPS and STOP power switches), close the power air switch, and close the air switch of all DC circuits. Close the PS power switch for all PLCs.
(2) When the PLC self-test is over, the PLC should be in the following situation: the DC power supply is normal, and the green light is on. All PLCs are in STOP mode and the yellow light is on. If the CPU is not in synchronization mode, the RED light is red.
(3) Initiate the PLC. If you switch the CPU in the master mode from STOP to RUN mode, the RUN indicator of the CPU is green, indicating that the CPU is successfully initiated.
(4) Establish communications. Switch the CP340 communication module to the RUN mode.
(5) Initiating an operator station or engineer station. Turn on the power of the PC, boot into the Windows system, then enter Wincc, activate Wincc, make it enter the RUNTIME mode, establish communication with the PLC, and then the whole system starts to run.
The system shutdown process is as follows: when it is admitted that the control system has the conditions for maintenance, and the process operator agrees to hand over all the operating rights of the PLC system, exit the monitoring program according to the correct method, exit the operating system and shut down, and then turn off the power switch first, and then turn off the main power switch.
