1. Safety rules and safety management

3) Counsel the operator to wear the designated protective equipment.

4) Pay attention to the health status of the operator, and do not make unreasonable demands on the operator.

5) Educate the operator not to enter the safety fence when the equipment is running automatically.

6) Do not use the robot for any purpose other than the scale of use specified in the manual.

7) Establish rules and regulations to prevent irrelevant personnel from entering the robot installation site, and ensure the implementation of the system.

8) The operator should insist on the neatness of the robot body, control cabinet, fixture and surrounding places. (Avoid safety accidents caused by accidental tripping, etc.).

9) Designate a special person to keep the safety latch of the control cabinet key and the door interlock device.

2. The safety precautions of the workplace should adhere to the neatness of the work area and equipment

1) If there is oil, water, things, or workpieces on the ground, it may trip the operator and cause a serious accident.

2) After the things are used up, it is necessary to put them back in their original position outside the scale of the robot's action and save them.

3) The robot may collide with something that has been forgotten on the fixture, resulting in damage to the fixture or robot.

4) After the operation, clean the robot and fixture.

3. Safety precautions

Safety precautions before operation:

1) Programmers should visually inspect the robot system and safety area, and admit that there are no external factors that cause danger. Check the teach pendant to see if it is working properly. Before you start programming, you need to rule out any faults and faults. Check the speed of movement in the teach-in form. In the teach-in mode, the maximum movement speed of the robot control point is limited to 15 m/min (25 mm/s). When the user enters the teaching form, please confirm whether the movement speed of the robot is correctly limited and use the safety switch correctly.

2) In the case of urgency, let go of the switch or press it hard to make the robot stop urgently. Before you start operating, check to see if the kill switch is working. Please admit to grasping the teaching pendant in the correct way during operation so that you can take action at any time. Use the emergency stop switch correctly. The emergency stop switch is located in the upper right corner of the teach pendant. Before starting the operation, admit that the emergency stop switch is working. Please check to acknowledge that all external ejection stop switches are working properly. If the user leaves the teach pendant for other operations, press the push stop switch on the teach pendant box for safety.
