How does a Rexroth proportional valve work?

With the continuous progress of technology and the needs of market applications, the emergence of proportional valve is a more intelligent valve, it provides convenience for technicians, but also reduces the tedious work tasks, the most important structural unit of proportional valve is the proportional signal control system, the system according to the specific environment and procedures, the current working state of the proportional valve is controlled, and then the proportional control of the magnitude of the magnetic force is the control mode of the proportional valve.

Rexroth proportional valves are a new type of hydraulic control. On ordinary pressure valves, flow valves and directional valves, the original control part is replaced by proportional solenoids, and the pressure, flow or direction of the oil flow are continuously and proportionally controlled remotely according to the input electrical signal. Rexroth proportional valves are generally pressure-compensated, and the output pressure and flow can be unaffected by load changes.

The command signal is amplified by the proportional amplifier, and the proportional output current is given to the proportional solenoid of the proportional valve, and the proportional solenoid outputs the force and moves the position of the valve core proportionally, so that the flow of the liquid flow can be controlled proportionally and the direction of the liquid flow can be changed, so as to realize the position or speed control of the actuator. In some applications that require high position or speed accuracy, a closed-loop control system can also be formed by detecting the displacement or speed of the actuator.
