Second, the system composition

The whole system is composed of five units, namely the detection unit, the picture capture unit, the camera unit, the automatic license plate recognition unit and the network handling unit. Detection unit: the first speed radar detection method is selected. Camera unit: The lane is monitored by 2 cameras, 1 for panoramic photography, and the other 1 for close-up photography, and the license plate number is recorded. CAD continuous light source is used for night lighting. Picture Capture Unit: This unit consists of 1 special accounting machine (MEC-5071) and software, which mainly completes the tasks of picture capture, traffic flow accounting and vehicle speed accounting. The drawings captured by the system are stored in the BMP file format in the special accounting machine on site. The software can enlarge the picture and complete the functions of query, calculation, printing and so on. License plate recognition unit: with the use of automatic identification software, the vehicle can be inspected, when the "blacklist" vehicle appears, the system will send an alarm signal. Network management unit: through the software and the use of remote communication network to control the front-end equipment, record query, data exchange and "blacklist" data refresh, etc. In the case of broadband communication lines such as optical fiber, the picture capture unit can be transplanted to the remote end of the monitoring
