In the future, with the aging of the population and the lack of labor force, China's robot shopping malls will be in a stage of rapid increase for a long time, domestic robots will usher in high-speed growth time, China's shopping malls are large enough to accommodate a number of domestic brands to grow together, so in the next 2-3 years, China's excellent local brands will enter the stage of 10,000 units one after another, and withstand the happiness and testing of growth. Together, because of the characteristics of the long cycle and large investment in the robot industry, from the beginning of 2018, the cost has cooled down and the policy has returned, the robot industry has accelerated the reshuffle, and the trend of orders concentrating on the head enterprises has become increasingly significant.

Mr. Zhou emphasized that domestic robots should adhere to high standards in the research and development process. As the first domestic industrial robot manufacturer to break 20,000 units in shipments, Xinshida has gone through the gap from prototype research and development to mass production. In China's shopping malls, the shipments of SCARA under Xinshida have ranked first among domestic brands for many years. These achievements are due to the fact that Xinshida adheres to the strategy of "benchmarking imports and surpassing imports", adheres to long-term and large-scale investment, and adheres to comprehensive benchmarking of skills and performance indicators against international first-line brands; In the process of research and development, from parts to the whole machine, adhere to the high standard, strict requirements of the test specifications; Set up a 1:1 live test environment in the Xinshida factory to conduct long-term and comprehensive tests to ensure product stability; Conduct long-term trial at the pioneer customer site to understand the customer's process and ensure product stability; Deepen communication with front-line users, develop graphical operation interfaces according to user characteristics, and improve ease of use. Through 10 years of practice, Xinshida has deeply realized that in the field of robotics, the backwardness of the fundamental discipline has limited the development of China's robot industry. Xinshida advocates the integration and coordination of production and education with well-known international and domestic universities, and the country has made great progress in basic disciplines such as mathematics, computer, electrical, and mechanical, consolidating the discipline foundation of the robot industry.

Mr. Zhou said that in the face of the competition pattern of shopping malls dominated by international brands, the decisive opportunity for domestic brands lies in the subdivision of shopping malls. On the basis of mastering the core skills of subdivided shopping mall robots such as screw locking and power tower foot welding, Xinshida deepens the understanding of on-site process requirements, provides users with efficient solutions, and creates value for users. Through the accumulation of one subdivision of shopping malls after another, the accumulation of small amounts into a lot, the accumulation of sand into a tower, step by step, gradually expand the share of shopping malls.

Mr. Zhou pointed out that the supply chain guarantee ability and large-scale production ability are the foundation of becoming a robot factory. The rise of domestic robots requires the accelerated growth of key components (such as reducers and motors) to provide testing and use opportunities for the supply chain. Xinshida has built factories with an annual production capacity of 20,000 units in Shanghai and Shenzhen, becoming one of the few companies in the world with robot production lines, with the intention of improving large-scale and high-level production capabilities and providing users with high-performance robot products.
