In the operation of the nuclear power plant, the main function of the UPS power supply is: to supply power to the computer data processing system, the main control room system, the instrument control, monitoring, alarm processing system and other loads, as well as to supply power to the communication system and emergency lighting of the nuclear power plant, and to coordinate the two-layer role of controlling the power supply and maintaining the power supply, and these require a stable and reliable UPS power supply guarantee, together with this, but also to meet the extremely high requirements of the nuclear power plant for power quality and power supply reliability.
In this project, INVT equipped Shanghai CGN with a HT33060X tower UPS, which has stronger stability than the old UPS, and the tower structure makes the product more excellent, and the extremely high power factor and system efficiency bring extremely high power conversion quality. Its features are as follows:
1. Three-in, three-out pure online double-change products, supporting 380/400/415V, 50/60Hz power grid system, providing ideal power supply quality and load maintenance. The input power factor is as high as 0.99, the input harmonic current is less than 3%, and the efficiency of the whole machine is greater than 95%, which is green and environmentally friendly, high efficiency and energy saving.
2. Abundant options: dust filter, SNMP network communication card, lightning protection module, battery temperature compensator, mobile phone SMS alarm. The DSP is fully digitally controlled, and all power conversion links such as rectification, inverter, charging and discharging are digitally controlled.
3. Modular planning, when the power unit is faulty, pull out the faulty unit, and continue to use it with derating. Ultra-wide input voltage and frequency scale, accustomed to harsh power grid environment, accustomed to various fuel generator access.
4. Intelligent system self-diagnosis plan, rich fault records, and large-capacity historical record storage space. Friendly man-machine interface, equipped with a large LCD touch screen and control panel, rich in information. The 60-200kVA main unit is equipped with a 7-inch LCD colorful touch screen, and the 250-500kVA main unit is equipped with a 10.4-inch LCD colorful touch screen.
5. All fans in the system adopt redundant planning, which greatly improves the reliability of the system. The subsystem is modularly planned, and the power module supports hot swapping, which is convenient for on-site maintenance. Super load habituality, super overload and short circuit ability, intelligent battery management plan, prolong battery service life, digital circulation control skills, and high parallel reliability.
