After years of rapid development of the domestic automation profession, the inverter profession has made great progress in terms of product performance and appearance, and many manufacturers have emerged. With the impact of the Sino-US trade war and the new crown epidemic, we can find that the head users with large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises as the core have also begun to gradually bear the concept of localization, and domestic manufacturers will usher in a relatively large shopping mall opportunity. Recently, under the influence of the price increase of bulk materials and the lack of cores, the inverter market has also begun to enter the integration period, and the orders of the shopping mall are gradually gathering to the head enterprises!
The inverter is also constantly developing from the product skill level, which is reflected in the following aspects:
1. General shopping malls continue to adhere to the same thing, and the professional models according to the scene are rapidly developing. The traditional practice of using universal inverters to cover all occupations has gradually been replaced by accurate design according to occupational scenarios, and more domestic manufacturers are developing customized plans around specific occupations, specific customers and specific equipment, so as to better use close to customers, solve customer pain points, and improve product competitiveness, which has become the mainstream of OEM shopping malls. Of course, this approach requires manufacturers to have strong technical strength, fast shopping mall response, and professional process collection, which is also a key point in the decomposition of the future inverter professional shopping mall!
2. From the development of the traditional inverter body to the integration of industrial automation. The proprietary model of the profession is no longer limited to the inverter body, but more needs to integrate the entire automation talent into a complete solution plan, the demand has servo, HMI, PLC and even may be the integration of vision, pneumatics and other talents, as long as all these talents are integrated into one, the talent really makes a competitive solution plan, and this talent is also a key variable in the decomposition of the automation mall in the future!
3. Build capabilities based on data access. Industry 4.0 has become the standard configuration of the future manufacturing industry, and for automation manufacturers, how to seamlessly connect their own equipment to the network of Industry 4.0 needs to be considered urgently. The product is no longer a single point on the drive, but becomes a terminal on the edge side of the field device, not only to complete the function of a single device, but more importantly, to become an interface for the field device to access the Industry 4.0 network, including the maintenance, diagnosis, information accounting of the field equipment, and even a field device management terminal with edge accounting capabilities.
4. The inverter of the future is no longer an original product, but more of a channel. According to different occupations, there are different manufacturers to provide a complete solution plan, any automation manufacturer can not eat all, so our future needs from a single original drive to an open automation channel to move, all kinds of users can be based on the channel configuration and integration, their understanding of the occupation KNOW HOW on the channel to complete, after all, the formation of their own unique intellectual property rights!
With the continuous deepening of the demand for mass customization, our needs have more changes, and the single category of inverter will disappear with the integration of all skills of industrial automation in the future, which still needs time to verify, but the conceivable future, the integration and development of multiple products will become the mainstream!
