The invt Goodrive35-07-H1 inverter dedicated to rewinding and unwinding is used to drive the closed-loop control of the asynchronous motor to ensure the stable tension of the unwinding film;
The traction slitting mechanism uses Goodrive35-H1 inverter to drive the asynchronous motor for closed-loop speed control, which is the host of the gantry slitting machine, and the encoder is output to the rewinding, unwinding, and edge inverter as the linear speed signal, which can operate without relying on communication, and the system is stable and reliable;
The two inflatable shafts of the auxiliary center winding part are separated from the two Goodrive35-07-H1 inverters to drive two servo motors to do constant tension open-loop torque control to ensure the neatness of the slitting end face and the effect of external loosening and internal tightness, reducing the conflict between the film and the surface winding roller to ensure the quality of the product.
