In the packaging and printing profession, the application of the folder-gluer is the last process of packaging box processing, which is to fold and glue the printed and die-cut cardboard to make a good living, and the machine glues the box instead of the manual gluing method, which reduces the labor cost and improves the power.

The main parts of the folder-gluer are divided into paper feeding department, correction department, pre-folding part, hook bottom, folding part, pressure transfer department, transportation department, etc. According to the function, the folder-gluer is divided into a sticky folder-gluing machine, a hook-bottom folder-gluing machine, etc., the general folder-gluer does not have the function of hooking the bottom and even does not have a pre-folding, a better one with a pre-folding, of course, most of the folder-gluers now have pre-folding, of course, the hook bottom box must be used to make the hook bottom gluer, and the folder-gluer with a good function can also make hexagonal and heterosexual boxes, but it is necessary to equip the glue spraying system and other devices.

There are two main difficulties in planning:

(1) In the actual operation process of the equipment, there will be a certain probability of paper breaking (that is, the conveyor belt presents "lack of cartons" or "no cartons"), if there is a malfunction, the discharged products can not be arranged in the shape of fish scales;

(2) In order to make the inverter of the transportation department act accurately (start and stop), the process parameters such as the running speed and action time of the main engine belt in the whole operation process need to be accurately collected and converted to ensure that the PLC can accurately send instructions;

04 Significantly reduce hardware cost and protection cost. In terms of hardware, controllers, touch screens, inverters, and servos have all been replaced domestically, and the cost of complete sets of electronic control systems has been reduced by at least 20%. The inverter of the whole system communicates through RS485 and is given by the upper PLC, which reduces a large number of analog modules, simplifies the field wiring, reduces the hardware cost of the system, and also reduces the cost of later protection.

According to the needs of the specific project, the switching and selection grouping or integrated system, the switching and selection can be realized with one button operation on the touch screen, without the need to modify the PLC and HMI programs.
