INVT launched IPE300 for slab deburring machine

　　In the past few decades, the inverters in the metallurgical industry have been adopted from imported brands, and with the adjustment and transformation of the steel industry, now, promoting localization has become an important trend.

The slab deburring machine is one of the important equipment produced in the continuous casting area, and its function is to remove the burr on the cutting surface of the continuous casting slab. In this cutting process, burrs occur at both ends of the slab, which can cause significant obstacles in the subsequent process. To remove the burr, a hammer on the deburring machine roller that rotates at high speed is used to strike the burr. The deburring machine is installed between the two rotating rollers of the roller table.

Whether the deburring machine is running normally and stably directly affects the hot feeding and hot rolling of the casting billet, and the stable operation of the transmission part is very important to the production of the casting machine.
