The smart factory Yilian Yitong solution completes the integration with various industrial use systems

With the development of skills, smart factories are transitioning from concept to implementation, and are now being implemented in some of the largest infrastructure and industry leaders. With a rich product line and years of experience in the field of industrial Internet, Moxa can provide customers with complete smart factory solutions from the equipment layer, control layer, and information layer to help users and enterprises easily complete the interconnection based on their industrial interconnection skills.

This exhibition fully demonstrated that under the four major mining and control scenarios in the factory, data such as security can be effectively completed through the establishment of industrial networks, and the safe and reliable interconnection of the whole network is completed, and the integration with various industrial use systems is finally completed. The field layer in this architecture uses Moxa's communication equipment to complete the acquisition and control of four scenarios: equipment, production line, warehousing and logistics, and energy consumption. Through the redundant network from on-site access to aggregation and core, the interconnection of data in the plant is finally completed, laying the foundation for the efficient operation of multiple systems such as MES/EMS/WMS. Together, the architecture incorporates Moxa's common cyber security solutions for in-depth protection, ensuring the security of factory production and O&M.

The industrial margin-to-cloud solution assists in the data upload of various industrial field devices

For manufacturing enterprises with large planning, redundant equipment and complicated production units undoubtedly bring a lot of trouble to the centralized management of enterprises, especially in petrochemical, energy and other occupations, and the harsh environment makes the interconnection even worse. In response to this common pain point, Moxa has launched the Industrial Margin-to-Cloud solution, which helps accelerate the convergence of IT and OT by simplifying the networking from the edge to the cloud. In this exhibition, Moxa combined specific examples of industrial margin-to-cloud solutions to demonstrate the enabling process and final effect of the solution, providing practical new ideas for interconnection for a wide range of user enterprises, especially those in the process industry.

Moxa's Remote Connect enables you to efficiently protect critical equipment remotely

In response to the market demand in the post-pandemic era, Moxa's convenient, secure, and highly responsive Remote Visiting Solution (MRC) has attracted wide attention in the industry since its launch, and it was also featured at the Effects Exhibition. As an innovative cloud-based solution, MRC helps users easily complete the remote protection and troubleshooting of machines and equipment with the characteristics of easy layout, high security and sensitive connection, and the strong compatibility makes users more comfortable in remote equipment interconnection, significantly increasing the layout power.
