Overvoltage protection
Alarm number: 12.
Reason: The incoming line voltage is greater than the specified acceptable range, so that the DC bus voltage in the driver is greater than the specified value, or the line voltage is increased by the capacity load or uninterruptible power supply UPS.
(1) The internal regenerative discharge resistor is disconnected.
(2) The external regenerative discharge resistance is mismatched, and the regenerative energy cannot be absorbed.
(3) Drive (circuit) failure.
Action: Measure the end-to-end voltage (L1, L2, L3), troubleshoot the cause, and provide the correct voltage.
(1) Measure the P-B1 resistance of the driver with an electric meter. If the reading is ∞, the connection is broken. Recover the drive. An external regenerative discharge resistor is inserted between the P and B2 terminals.
(2) Use a resistor value with a specified power.
(3) Replace the drive with a new one.
