On March 31, Shanghai Xinshida Robot held an integrator promotion meeting and launched the SP series of high-quality palletizing robot products that have been inspected in practice for the use of back-end transfer palletizing in the packaging industry. Nearly 100 representatives from Shanghai Robot Industry Association, Robot Online, Southern Packaging Association and more than 50 system integration enterprises attended the meeting.
At the event, 17 system integrators from all over the country signed contracts with Xinshida Robot and obtained the Xinshida Authorized Integrator Certificate. Xinshida Robotics will continue to track the project progress of collaborative integrators, provide robot application training and on-site support for integrators, and help the successful implementation of collaborative partner projects.
In Shanghai Jiading factory, Xinshida demonstrated the SP series of high-speed transfer palletizing robots, of which the SP120 robot laboratory test beat has been able to reach 1900 times/hour, and the practice palletizing cycle can reach 900 times/hour, its function has reached the advanced level of imported brands, but its price is more close to the people, and the service is more sympathetic.
Meng Li, Secretary-General of Shanghai Robot Industry Association, pointed out in his speech that the domestic substitution of industrial robots is the development trend, and Xinshida Robot is promoting the exemplary use of domestic industrial robots in the packaging industry, marking that Xinshida has taken a solid step towards the category of large-load high-speed palletizing robots, and will surely gain a place in the competition in shopping malls.
Mr. Cai Liang, vice president of Xinshida Electric and general manager of Xinshida Robot Company, believes that transfer palletizing is generally considered to be a relatively simple part of the use of robots, but this is not the case in practice. General Manager Cai Liang also pointed out that after several rounds of PDCA cycle of "development and production, on-site use, summary and improvement", as well as the practical inspection of multiple projects, the new Shida transfer palletizing robot is now ready, and more and more integrators and users will choose the products of the new Shida robot with higher cost performance.
