Small form factor
The MX model JT3 (upper and lower arm upper and lower arms) adopts a new linkage mechanism, and the MG model JT3 (upper and lower arm upper and lower) uses our unique hybrid ring linkage and ball screw, and the well is driven by two large motors to achieve a compact shape with the elimination of the balance bar. The interference range is reduced and the applicability is improved.
It has a wrist torque that is easy to use
All shafts use the same motor as the base shaft motor, so the MG15HL achieves 15.000N. M's super hand jump torque. In addition, the offset distance from the surface of the wrist flange to the center of gravity of the workpiece can be increased, which is effectively suitable for eccentric workpieces, etc.
High rigidity
JT2 and JT3, which have a great influence on the accuracy of the end of the manipulator, adopt ball screws with high rigidity and low reaction force. As a result, the mechanism of the arm is reduced, and the positioning accuracy of the well is realized.
Wide range of motion
By combining our unique "composite linkage mechanism" with the ball screws of JT2 and JT3, the range of motion is ensured. The actual working area of the arm is also more extensive.
Abundant deformations
The 6-axis machine includes 7 models with 6 floor-mounted types and 1 stand type of 350-1 ,500kg, and it can handle a wide range of needs such as assembly and transportation of large heavy loads.
