In the face of the huge demand for bottled water in Central China, the efficient production of high-quality bottles is a major consideration for beverage manufacturers when choosing a partner. The key to determining the overall quality of the bottle body lies in the position control accuracy of the blow bar and the timeliness of the corresponding action response in each process stage. IndraMotionMLC acts as the control "brain" and drives the movement of the tension bar together with IndraDriveMi, which can precisely control the speed and position of the tension bar. The speed of the stretch rod determines the blowing volume per unit time, and the blowing volume directly determines the quality of the bottle. Too much or too little blowing will cause the bottle wall to be too thick or too thin, resulting in defective products. The highly dynamic, high-precision position/velocity control of Flexprofile, based on the MLC controller, allows for smoother and more precise control of the movement of the tension bar, and the motion command cycle can be shortened to 2 milliseconds. The combination of IndraDriveMi's high closed-loop accuracy guarantees minimal speed errors, enabling a single mold to produce nearly 2200bps/cavity per hour. It is worth mentioning that, based on the powerful performance of IndraMotionMLC, blowing systems up to 64Mi (or even more) can be flexibly controlled in a single machine, thus maximizing the output of a single machine.

IndraDriveMi increased the output of a single mold from 1,480 to 2,200 per hour, an increase of 40 to 50 percent. Machine builders can achieve the same productivity without adding more forming units, significantly reducing production costs.

Installation space is also a concern for beverage packaging companies.
