1. Pressure reducing and stabilizing valve

Main features: 1. Piston type with DN65 caliber or above. The life of the diaphragm is increased by more than 3 times; 2. Below DN50 caliber, the original diaphragm is replaced by a flat diaphragm of nylon reinforced rubber, which also improves the service life by more than 3 times. Applicable medium: water, air. Medium temperature: 0-90°C.

2. Bellows pressure reducing valve

This valve is used for steam, air and other non-corrosive gas pipelines with a temperature below 180C, which is adjusted to reduce the pressure of the medium through the valve to a required outlet pressure, and keep the outlet pressure of the medium relatively stable, but the difference between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure must be greater than or equal to 0.5bar.

3. Branch pressure reducing valve

2. Features: Adopt direct-acting diaphragm structure, the internal structure is very simple, no jamming, reliable performance and durable. Resistant to dirt and water, no filter, no bypass pipe, extremely simple piping, can save a lot of space and piping costs. The outlet pressure is precisely adjustable, and in general, it can be considered that the outlet pressure is not affected by the inlet pressure (the change in outlet pressure is 8% of △P1). Hydraulic characteristics, low pressure loss, decompression ratio can reach more than 10:1. It can meet a variety of pressure reduction requirements, especially suitable for branch pressure reduction systems.

3. The working principle of Rexroth pressure reducing valve is that the outlet pressure acts on the bottom surface of the diaphragm and the bottom surface of the valve disc, and when it exceeds the spring set value, compress the spring to close the valve disc. As long as there is no water flow downstream, the outlet pressure will remain at the set value (the change is only 8% of the inlet pressure change); When water is used downstream, the outlet pressure drops, and the spring pushes open the diaphragm, opening the pressure reducing valve. After the water flow continues for a while, the opening of the pressure reducing valve produces a self-damping effect, so that the opening and closing action tends to be stable. Fourth, the possible cause of failure 1. frost damage, in the cold area should pay attention to heat preservation. 2. The direction of the water flow is wrong, the pressure reducing valve becomes a check valve, and the outlet pressure is 0. 3. The spring is tightened too tightly to close, and the pressure reducing valve will go straight through P2=P1. 4. The bypass pipe leaks, so that the P2 deviates from the set value, in view of the superior reliability and durability of this pressure reducing valve, it is recommended not to install the brightness through pipe.

4. Steam pressure reducing valve
