Introduction: Rosemount/Rosemount Radar Level Gauge 5900S, the Rosemount 5900S Radar Level Gauge has an accuracy of ±0.5 mm (0.020 in.) to minimize level measurement uncertainty. It enhances storage operations by providing certified custody transfer accuracy, better inventory management, and reliable loss control data. The Rosemount 5900S is typically used in conjunction with a high-precision multi-point temperature sensor to enable highly accurate API standard net volume calculations. The Rosemount 5900S takes spill prevention safety to the next level with an innovative 2-in-1 feature with two radar level gauges in one housing for independent level and overflow measurements. It complies with SIL 2 and SIL 3 certifications of IEC 61508 and makes the solution API 2350 compliant.
