Introduction: The Rosemount/Rosemount Chip Electromagnetic Flowmeter Sensor 8711 is designed to be flangless, economical, compact, and lightweight, and can replace flanged electromagnetic flowmeters. The product is available in a wide range of durable linings and electrode materials that are compatible with all applications, from highly corrosive liquids to fibrous slurries, which would normally be difficult to measure with other equipment. Each 8711 flow meter comes with a alignment isolation ring kit that centers the sensor on the process piping for easy installation.
