Introduction: Rosemount/Rosemount Field Communication Unit 2460, the Rosemount 2460 Field Communication Unit transmits real-time tank metering data from field devices to Rosemount TankMaster inventory management software and/or host/DCS systems. There are eight configurable ports for host or field device communication. The Rosemount 2460 supports emulation of system redundancy and other vendor equipment.
