1. The safety barrier should be installed in a safe place, and the environmental conditions meet the requirements of "application conditions" in the "Safety Barrier Selection Sample".

2. The connecting wires of the intrinsically safe end (blue end) and non-intrinsically safe end circuits of the barrier safety barrier should be laid separately in the assembly duct, and independent protective sleeves should be selected for each. No other power cords are allowed in the wiring duct on the intrinsically safe side, including the power cords used in the intrinsically safe circuit.

3. The conductor leading to the risk place should be an intrinsically safe conductor with a blue symbol, the soft copper area of the conductor should be greater than 0.5mm2, and the dielectric strength should be greater than 500V.

4. Before powering and debugging the barrier safety barrier, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the type, wiring method, and line polarity of the barrier safety barrier comply with the rules in the design and product requirements, otherwise it may cause damage to people and equipment.

7. When designing, installing, operating, and protecting barrier safety barriers, the instructions in the operation manual of this product and the "GB3836.15-2000 Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 15: Electrical Installations in Risk Locations (Except Coal Mines)" and "G058-1992 Design Code for Electrical Installation in Explosion and Fire Risk Environments" should be strictly observed.

8. The appearance of the site connected with the barrier safety barrier should be selected to carry out the explosion-proof test and obtain the explosion-proof certificate through the relevant explosion-proof inspection part recognized by the state.
