The prevailing understanding of sensors is to transmit sensory information of the machine, the same type of sensor, transmit different sensory information, we also know that the senses are the organs that sense external things to stimulate the machine, such as our eyes, stomping and nose for the machine, the sensor can realize all the sensory information, so what is the effect of the axial force sensor? What kind of machinery and equipment?
Multi-axis force sensor is also a multi-dimensional force sensor, the sensor can measure two or more directional force and torque weight together, according to different needs, multi-dimensional force can be two-dimensional, three-dimensional, four-dimensional, five-dimensional, six-dimensional, due to the need to measure several weights in some cases, to meet, not too much. But the most complete form is the six-dimensional force sensor, which is more widely used in the market because it can measure three force components and three torque components together.
Compared to single-axis force transducers, the advantage is that it can also handle interdimensional (inter-axis) disturbances, dynamic and static calibration problems, decoupling algorithms in vector operation, and circuit implementations.
Having said all this, none of us know exactly how it is used.
Multi-axis force transducers can be used in robot fingers, claw seminars, robot surgery seminars, finger force seminars, tooth research board feeds, brake detection, fine assembly, incision, rehabilitation seminars, plastic surgery seminars, product testing, haptic feedback, teaching and learning and other occupations, many occupations include robots, car production, active assembly line assembly, biomechanics, aerospace, textile industry and other fields.

Our basic sensor detection method
1. Proximity sensing.
Proximity usually refers to exploration:
a. Whether the target exists.
The scale or abbreviated shape of an object.
Proximity sensors can be divided into touch, non-touch, and imitation. The choice of sensor depends on physical, environmental, and control conditions.

Introduction and installation matters of the safety barrier
The safety barrier, also known as the safety factor meter, is an important part of the intrinsic safety system.
There are two main types of barriers: P+F Zener barriers and P+f isolated barriers. The core elements of a double Forgina barrier are a diode, a current-limiting resistor and a fast fuse.

Introduction to the throttle azimuth sensor – Doubleblessed
What is the function of the throttle orientation sensor?
The primary function of the throttle azimuth sensor is to detect whether the starting motor is in the idle condition or the load condition, and whether it is in the acceleration condition or the deceleration condition. The shaft of the resistor is linked to the throttle, it has two contacts: a fully open contact and an idle ...

Material classification for displacement sensors – a blessing
(1) Conductive plastic displacement sensor
Conductive plastic displacement sensor uses a special process to coat the DAP (didipropylphthalate) resistance paste on the insulating body, heat and polymerize to form a resistive film, or press the DAP resistive powder thermoplastic into the groove of the insulating matrix to form a solid body as a resistor.

The difference between NPN type and PNP type switches
There are two common types of sensor switches: NPN type and PNP type, so let me tell you what are the differences and differences between them?
For example, there is a switch VT in the NPN type open collector output circuit, and the output OUT is connected to the power supply 0V through the switch VT ...

The reason why analogue sensors are interfered with – we are blessed
1. The PCB layout board touches the problem, and when the imitation signal is routed, the imitation signal is not wrapped with imitation, and it is even possible that the signal line and then directly go to the power line, which is easy to receive disturbances.
Solution: When it is a board, wrap the GND to imitate the signal line. If there is a model ...

Ultrasonic level gauge installation principle
1. The interval from the launch surface of the probe to the liquid level should be smaller than the range of the purchased surface.
2. The interval between the launch surface of the probe and the highest liquid level should be greater than the blind area of the purchased surface.
3. The launch surface of the probe should be parallel to the surface of the liquid.

Vibratory load cell performance – we are blessed
Vibrating load cell: When an elastic element is subjected to a force, its natural vibration frequency is proportional to the square root of the force. By measuring the change in the natural frequency, the force of the analyte acting on the elastic element can be calculated, and then its mass can be found. There are two types of vibrating sensors: vibrating wire type and tuning fork type.

How to judge the quality of the angle sensor
The use of vision sensors in practical operation is relatively common, and may be useful for the needs of various situations in different industries and fields. No matter how good the instrument is, there is a quality of the instrument itself, and in order to reduce the deviation in the measurement process, the user needs to choose a good quality ...

P+F proximity switch selection points
1. Select the proximity switch type according to the detected object. If the detection object is metal, the inductive proximity switch is preferred, and if the detection object is a non-metal such as wood, plastic, paper, water, etc., or a smaller and finer metal, a capacitive proximity switch should be selected.

Precautions for installation during the use of encoders
First of all, the following points should be paid attention to when wiring the encoder:
1. It is necessary to use a metal cable bracket and ensure that the bracket connection is connected to the ground;
2. The cable should be arranged as close to the metal parts as possible, such as control cabinet panels, beams and metal rails, etc.

What are the designs of torque sensors – we are blessed
Unlike load cells or force transducers, the measuring body of a torque transducer is not subjected to a tension load during operation, but is affected by the lever torque or torque, which can be changed. Therefore, torque sensors require special strain gauges to measure this type of load, i.e. torque. Canon...
