1. Resistance test
The test machines are as follows: power supply, multimeter, ammeter, voltmeter.

Connect the positive and negative poles of the sensor to the corresponding position of the multimeter.
Plug the ammeter into the circuitry of the sensor, preferably with a resistance of 10 trillion or more.
Connect the power supply to the positive and negative poles of the sensor.
Adjust the supply voltage so that the sensor is fully charged.
The resistance value of the sensor is measured by a multimeter, and the common resistance value is 50 Ω to 10 kΩ.
Compare the measurement results with the resistance values on the standard, and if the values are equal, the sensor resistance test is passed.
2. Output signal test
The test machines are as follows: signal generator, oscilloscope, multimeter.
The process is as follows:
Connect the sensor's signal output cable to the appropriate location of the oscilloscope.
Connect the oscilloscope to the multimeter and use the analog signal form.
A signal of a specific frequency is sent to the sensor through a signal generator.
Adjust the oscilloscope to see if the output signal curve meets the requirements of the standard.
The value of the output signal voltage is measured by a multimeter, and the common output voltage value is 0-5V or 4-20ma.
Compare the measurement results with the requirements in the standard book, and if they match, the sensor output signal test is qualified.
3. Overload test
The test machines are as follows: pressure pump, digital panel.
The process is as follows:
Connect the sensor to the pressure pump and together connect the digital panel to the output of the sensor.
Condition the pressure pump, add the pressure value, and observe whether the value on the digital panel meets the requirements of the standard book.
Continue testing until the voltage output of the sensor is not used to the requirements on the digital panel.
At this time, the values on the digital panel are compared with the data in the standard book, and if they match, the sensor overload test is passed.
