How to adjust Banner's sensors

1. Optical adjustment

The factory setting of the sensor is a large range, and this setting is subject to change. Note: Only use your finger to press the button.

2. Set the range (when stationary)

1. Adjust the sensor with a reflector;

2. Press the button for about 3s until both LED lights flash at the same time and the reflector is detected;

3. Put the target object into the detection range;

4. Hold the button pressed for 3s, the green LED light flashes briefly, then stays solid, the yellow LED light is off. The sensor has read the target object and can reliably detect it.

5. Check the correct operation of the switch point

3. Set the range (in operation)

1. Adjust the sensor with a reflector, and the moving target must be within the irradiated path;

2. Press the button for 3s until both LED lights flash at the same time;

3. Hold the button to press the target for less than one process (processing) cycle within the irradiation path;

4. The green LED light flashes briefly and then stays solid, and the two critical values are learned. The sensor will be switched after each processing cycle.

4. Set the output function for the open switch/dark switch (set the output to normally open or normally closed)

The factory setting of the sensor is a dark switch

1. Press the button for 13s until only the green LED flashes;

2. Release the button: the green LED light is always on;

3. When the green LED light flashes, the output function will be triggered every time the button is pressed, and the yellow LED light will be displayed;

4. Save the current output function, don't press the button * less than 10s. Factory reset (large range)

5. Run the setup program with the overlaid transmitter
