The spacing should be more than 30cm. This cabling standard should be maintained even in the control cabinet. The maximum control loop between this signal and the VFD must not exceed 50m.
It is necessary for the signal cable and the power cable to be placed in different metal pipes or metal hoses: if the signal cable connecting the PLC and VFD is not placed in the metal pipe, it is easy to be disturbed by the VFD and external equipment; Together, because the VFD does not have a built-in reactor, the input and output power lines of the VFD will have a strong disturbance to the outside world, so the metal pipe or metal hose where the signal line is placed should be extended to the control end of the VFD to ensure that the signal line is completely isolated from the power line.

The analog control signal line should be double-strand shielded wire, the wire standard is 0.75mm2, and the cable stripping must be as short as possible (about 5-7mm) when wiring, and the shielding layer after stripping together should be wrapped with insulating tape to avoid the shielding wire contacting other equipment and introducing disturbance.
