3. If the power grid fluctuation often exceeds the required range, or the noise is large, a 1.5KW computer special anti-interference AC stabilized power supply should be configured for power supply.

4. Since the six-axis joint robot control system often works in a vibration environment, the fasteners, circuit connectors, grounding bolts, etc. should be checked regularly to keep them firmly connected. Keep the system clean and dust it regularly.

5. It is not allowed to connect the AC/DC power supply used inside the CNC system of the six-axis joint robot to other electrical appliances.

6. The control cabinet should be reliably grounded, and the grounding resistance should be < 4Ω.

7. Clean and dust the dust cover of the industrial computer for 1-2 months, and cut off the power supply before operation.
