It mainly provides the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of valve-based solutions for the thermal power plant industry. It will involve a lot of testing work of industrial control electrical equipment, such as troubleshooting and maintenance of tertiary distribution cabinets and their ancillary equipment, detailed maintenance of circuit boards of industrial control equipment, etc. The clamp meter is mainly used to quickly detect the current when the machine is not stopped, such as whether the three-phase current is balanced, whether there is leakage current, etc., to determine the scope of the problem. After the repair is completed, the clamp meter is also used to verify the current parameters after power-up.
As a veteran user who has used Fluke for more than 20 years, Wang Gong said that he needs to carry a variety of tools on site, which are heavy and numerous. Fluke301C test experience
First of all, let's test the diode file that is most commonly used in PCB maintenance of weak current control board, the measurement voltage is 3V, which is fully competent for commonly used transistor measurements, and it is convenient to quickly identify and lock the range of component faults.
In contact voltage measurements, the values are also quite stable, because the 301C has a true RMS measurement function, which is very convenient for measuring inverters and the like, and the measurement results are more accurate.
Next, enter the AC current test, and snap the caliper directly into the main line of the input cable in the control cabinet, and the current operating current is displayed instantly, and the value is relatively stable.
The thin calipers of the latest 301 blade series are more comfortable for measuring the gap of relatively thin control cables, and can easily enter the narrow areas that the calipers could not access before for measurement.
