When Fluke introduced its first true RMS current clamp timer in the early '90s, it was a huge breakthrough that helped technicians find the root cause of transformer overheating, thermal neutralization, and circuit breaker tripping for no apparent reason. Fluke 393 FC True-RMS Solar Clamp Meter: Designed for high-voltage DC environments, the Fluke 393 FC is rated CAT III 1500V DC and 1000V AC.
