In the process of measuring current and voltage, it is very easy to pair the gear and the pen jack incorrectly, resulting in misoperation and burning the fuse. In the case of work emergency, it is very troublesome for the fuse to break, and it needs to be bought temporarily, which delays the maintenance work, thereby affecting the production of the production line. The sound and light alarm function of the 15B MAX will send out a warning at the first time when the gear and the pen jack are mismatched, and the screen will flash red light to remind customers to avoid burning the fuse.

At present, it has been designated by Xpeng New Energy as an after-sales repair shop, mainly to undertake non-insured car maintenance, such as battery warranty expiration or non-insured damage repair.

For a measurement tool like a multimeter that is used every day, the engineers still chose Fluke, the most commonly used is the 15B MAX.

The multimeter is mainly used for the voltage test of the collection line of the new energy battery pack, which is called the link head or terminal. This terminal mainly controls the storage, charging, and discharging of the entire battery, and is the central brain of the entire battery, and the accuracy and efficiency of the test are very important. Since the 15B MAX extra tip pen can be fully inserted and measured, and the accuracy is fully within 50mV, engineers do not need to solder/purchase a fine meter pen, which greatly improves the efficiency of the work.

In addition to this, multimeters are also used to test automotive modules. This is the brain of the whole car, which links and controls the braking of the entire car, instrument panel detection and other important positions. Engineers need to test diodes, capacitances, resistances, and circuit detection, as well as extra-tip stylus because the entire module is made up of electronic components.
