For example, it outputs signals to traffic lights, relays, etc. The rated current of the shell frame of the molded case circuit breaker is 100A for the single break conversion contact, and the bridge contact structure for 225A and above, and the agreed heating current is 3A; The rated current of the shell frame level is 400A and above, and it can be installed with two normally open and two normally closed, and the agreed heating current is 6A. The number of operational performance is the same as the total number of operational performance of the circuit breaker.

Alarm contact: the alarm contact used for the circuit breaker accident, and this contact only acts when the circuit breaker trips and breaks, mainly used for the load of the circuit breaker when there is an overload, short circuit or undervoltage and other faults and free tripping, the alarm contact is converted from the original normally open position to the closed position, and the indicator light or electric bell and buzzer in the auxiliary line are turned on, and the fault trip status of the circuit breaker is displayed or reminded. Because the probability of the circuit breaker tripping freely due to load failure is not too much, the life of the alarm contact is 1/10 of the life of the circuit breaker. The working current of the alarm contact generally does not exceed 1A.

Shunt tripper: It is a kind of tripper excited by a voltage source, and its voltage can be independent of the main circuit voltage. The shunt tripper is an accessory for long-range manipulation of the switch. The circuit breaker can be reliably disconnected when the supply voltage is equal to either between 70% and 110% of the rated control supply voltage. The shunt tripper is a short-time working system, and the coil energizing time generally cannot exceed 1S, otherwise the wire will be burned. In order to prevent the coil from burning out, the molded case circuit breaker is connected in series with a micro switch in the shunt trip coil, when the shunt tripper is engaged through the armature, the micro switch is converted from normally closed to normally open, because the control line of the power supply of the shunt tripper is cut off, even if the button is artificially pressed, the shunt coil is never energized to avoid the occurrence of coil burning. When the circuit breaker is snapped back on, the micro switch is back in the normally closed position.

When the power supply voltage drops (or even slowly drops) to the range of 70% to 35% of the rated working voltage, the undervoltage tripper should operate, and the undervoltage tripper should be able to prevent the circuit breaker from closing when the power supply voltage is equal to 35% of the rated working voltage of the tripper; When the power supply voltage is equal to or greater than 85% of the rated working voltage of the undervoltage tripper, the circuit breaker should be able to close reliably under hot conditions. Therefore, when a certain voltage drop occurs in the power supply voltage in the protected circuit, the circuit breaker can be automatically disconnected to cut off the power supply, so that the load electrical appliances or electrical equipment below the circuit breaker are protected from damage by undervoltage. When in use, the under-voltage tripper coil is connected to the power supply side of the circuit breaker, and the circuit breaker can be closed only after the under-voltage tripper is energized, otherwise the circuit breaker cannot be closed.

Rotating operating handle: suitable for molded case circuit breaker, the mechanism of rotating operating handle is installed on the cover of circuit breaker, the rotating shaft of the handle is installed in its mechanism matching hole, the other end of the rotating shaft passes through the door hole of the chest of drawers, the handle of rotating handle is installed on the rotating shaft head exposed above the door of the complete set of devices, and the circular or square seat of the handle is fixed with screws on the door, so that the operator can rotate clockwise or counterclockwise through the handle of the handle outside the door to ensure the closing or opening of the circuit breaker. At the same time, turning the handle can ensure that the cabinet door cannot be opened when the circuit breaker is closed; The door of the switch plate can only be opened if the handle is turned open or re-buckled. In an emergency, when the circuit breaker is "closing" and the door panel needs to be opened, the red release button on the side of the handle seat can be pressed.

Extended handle: It is an external extended handle, which is directly installed on the handle of the circuit breaker, and is generally used for manual opening and closing operation on large-capacity circuit breakers of 600A and above.

Handle locking device: It is to install a clamp on the handle frame, punch a hole in the handle and lock it with a padlock. It is mainly used when the circuit breaker is in the closed working state, and other people are not allowed to open the circuit and cause a power outage, or when the circuit breaker load side needs to be repaired or is not allowed to be energized, in order to prevent the circuit breaker from being mistakenly closed, so as to protect the safety of maintenance personnel or the reliable use of electrical equipment.
