2. The sudden change of motor load may lead to a large impulse current flowing through the inverter, and then forming an overcurrent maintenance phenomenon. After restarting the inverter, the problem will return to normal. If the drive is frequent, the load should be checked or the larger capacity drive should be replaced.
3. Electromagnetic disturbance will affect the circuit of the motor or inverter, and the inverter will produce a lot of disturbance electromagnetic waves around it because of rectification and frequency conversion in the operation, and these high-frequency electromagnetic waves will have a certain disturbance to nearby instruments and instruments. In the same way, if the peripheral electromagnetic waves disturb the motor, the leakage current in the motor will be too large, causing the overcurrent maintenance of the inverter; If electromagnetic waves disturb the inverter, it may cause the control signal output of the inverter to be incorrect, and then lead to overcurrent.
4. In the process of motor operation, between the winding and the shell, between the cable and the earth, a large parasitic capacitance will be generated, and the current will flow to the earth through the parasitic capacitance (leakage current), and then cause the phenomenon of overcurrent.
5. When the capacity of the inverter is not selected properly, or the capacity of the load does not match, it may cause the inverter to operate abnormally, and then there will be overcurrent or overload, and even damage the inverter.
6. Overload faults include inverter overload and motor overload. Most of the reasons for overload problems are that the acceleration time is too short, the DC braking force is too large, the grid voltage is too low, and the load is too heavy. An overload is when the selected drives and motors cannot drag the load.
