The output of the inverter cannot be equipped with a capacitance compensation device to prevent the capacitor from being damaged by overheating caused by higher harmonics and the malfunction of the inverter's overcurrent maintenance.

7) The inverter can arbitrarily adjust the speed of the motor, which brings convenience to the adjustment, but each motor has its certain natural frequency, if the speed frequency of the motor is just satisfactory to the production requirements, but just close to the natural frequency of the motor, resonance will occur, bringing serious damage to the motor, therefore. On the premise of satisfying the production requirements, it is necessary to consider avoiding the critical speed of the motor as much as possible.

8) Under the premise of conforming to the planning specifications, the length of the cable between the inverter and the motor should be shortened as much as possible to reduce the distributed capacitance of the cable between the inverter and the motor, so as to reduce the parasitic current during the low-frequency operation of the inverter.

9) It is strictly forbidden to directly measure the insulation resistance of the inverter with the insulation resistance meter, and it is necessary to disconnect the inverter and all weak current components when carrying out the insulation shake test, these components cannot be shaken by the insulation resistance meter, and the inverter should not be tested for withstand voltage.

10) If the frequency conversion speed regulation system adopts the power frequency and frequency conversion switching mode, the interlock between the power frequency output and the frequency conversion output should be reliable. Moreover, when switching between power frequency and frequency conversion, the output of the inverter should be blocked before the contactor is operated. Since it takes a certain amount of time for the contact adhesion and the arc of the high-capacity contactor to be calmed, it is necessary to cooperate optimally in the sequence and time of switching.
