1. The robot cannot be started

1. Whether the emergency stop button is screwed up.

2. Check whether the switches of each safety door are normal.

3. The mode switch on the control box is in manual state, and the emergency stop switch on the teach pendant is pressed.

4. Check whether there is a tray.

5. Whether the robot alarms.

When the fault handling is complete, press the start button.

2. The robot stops running during operation

1. Whether the emergency stop button is pressed everywhere.

2. Whether the photoelectric capture position is normal.

3. If there is anyone or something illegally entering the protection area, the security door will call the police.

4. Whether the robot has a fault alarm.

After the fault disposal is completed, press the automatic start button to continue palletizing.

3. There is material in a certain waiting area but the robot does not grab

1. Check whether the photoelectric switch in place is effective.

2. Check whether the palletizing is completed.

3. Touch the safety light door during the work process. The safety gate is connected in series with the stop button

When processing is complete, press the auto-start button again.

Fourth, the pallet conveyor does not get off the pallet

1. Check whether the pallet machine is in automatic state

2. Whether the system is in the boot state

3. Whether the pallet lifting mechanism is located in the lower position

4. Whether the lower part of the pallet warehouse and the chain part are normal

5. Whether there is a shortage of material alarm and no reset (must press the reset and adjust it to the automatic state in progress)

Fifth, the chain line tray part of the conveying or non-stop

1. Check whether the photoelectric of the chain line is normal (the green light is on when there is no material, and the yellow and green lights are on when there is material)

2. Whether the system is started

3. Check whether the motor trips

Sixth, the gripper does not open and close

1. No air source.

2. The solenoid valve is abnormal.

3. The control line is disconnected.

7. Grab the bag off or throw the bag

1. Confirm whether the air pressure is within the required range. (The pressure must be 5MPa, not less than 5MPa)

2. Whether there is air leakage in the pneumatic pipeline.

3. Check whether the control line of the solenoid valve is well connected.

4. Check whether the tension sleeve is loose; Re-tighten well.

8. The transmission sound of the conveyor line is too loud

1. The bearing lacks oil. Fill the bearing oil as required.

2. The chain and sprocket mesh is not good; Adjust chains and sprockets. Add lubricating oil as required.

3. The line is unstable; Adjust the fastening adjustable foot cup to make the wire body stable.

4. Loose fasteners; Retighten.
