Solution:
First, you should confirm what hardware is wrong. Make the controller enter the manual debugging state, and use a multimeter to measure the analog output values corresponding to the controller output 0Hz and 50Hz respectively. If the analog output value of the controller is greater than 30mV at 0Hz, or less than the voltage value calibrated by parameter 5 of the controller at 50Hz, there is a problem with the controller output. There are several situations here:
A. If the analog output value is also changed, but the large value cannot be reached, it can be processed by the VR3 potentiometer in the small window of the conditioning controller. Secondly, if the output value of the controller is normal, when the output of the controller reaches a large value, the inverter cannot reach 50Hz, which indicates that there is a problem with the set value of the inverter, and the frequency gain processing of the inverter can be adjusted.
