Security when the robot starts
1. When starting the robot, do not enter the safety fence unless the robot is disconnected. At the same time, please confirm that each safety guard is functioning normally before starting the robot.
2. When starting the robot and resuming operation from the fault state, after powering on the motor, please put your hand on the emergency stop switch, so that in case of abnormal conditions, you can immediately cut off the motor power.
3. When the robot starts, you should confirm the following:
(1) Confirm that the hold/run and Manual/Automatic mode selector switches are functioning properly.
(2) Confirm that each axis of the robot moves normally within the limited range and speed.
(3) Confirm that the emergency stop line and safety device on the control cabinet, teach pendant, and peripheral system are functioning properly when the robot is operating in manual/automatic mode.
(4) Make sure that the limit switch (option) in teach-in mode is functioning properly.
(5) Confirm that the safety loop is functioning normally, and stop the robot by pulling out the safety plug while the robot is running in automatic mode.
(6) Confirm that in teach-in mode, the robot can be stopped by releasing or pressing the enable switch in its entirety.
(7) Confirm that the warning signal label has not been damaged or contaminated, and that all safety devices including alarm lights and safety guards are functioning properly.
(8) Confirm that the external power source, including the control power supply and air source, can be cut off.
(9) Confirm that the manual and automatic functions are normal.
(10) Confirm that the robot's axes can move normally and that it can perform work.
(11) Confirm that the robot can operate correctly in automatic mode and that it can perform the planned action at the specified speed and load.
