4. Before connecting the power cable, make sure that the voltage, frequency, and cable specifications of the power supply meet the requirements.
5. Ensure proper grounding of the control cabinet and peripherals. The grounding wire of the robot control box and the grounding wire of the peripheral equipment should be grounded separately and cannot be connected together. At the same time, if electromagnetic switches, contactors and other devices are added to external equipment, please install power filters or related devices on the power inlet line adjacent to the robot control box.
6. Before turning on the "Power" ON of the robot, confirm that the installation of the robot meets the requirements for the installation of the robot.
7. When the operator operates the robot, it is necessary to have an observer who has also completed the corresponding training from EFORT.
8. For application projects (water, compressed air, shielding gas, etc.), the system must be equipped with monitoring instruments in order to automatically detect the abnormal situation of water supply and gas supply in time.
9. If a large amount of scrap, metal dust particles, fine particles, etc. will be generated during the working process of the robot, please cover the robot, robot control box, and peripheral devices with a suitable cover.
