The first thing is to see whether the signal is enough to use, for example, if you want 20KG, the signal must be more than 1.0, and it must not be used if it is calibrated to 20kg as long as it is 0.05MV. Therefore, the meaning of sensor calibration is to see if the sensor is qualified.
Calibration of the sensor. After the sensor is made, the signal is basically fixed and cannot be changed, but due to the reasonable error in the time and time of operation and production, the sensor signal of a batch is not necessarily the same. Other calibration and calibration are generally only said when the sensor is equipped with an instrument or transmitter.
Enter the calibration operation interface, select "Test Force Calibration" in the calibration drop-down list, and select the top gear (maximum range) for calibration: select the top gear (maximum range). Indication zero: It should be cleared when the force transducer is not subjected to force. Select the first calibration point: click on the row with your mouse.
(The calibration point should be calibrated in the order from small to large) to apply force to the sensor, and measure the force of the sensor at that time with a standard dynamometer; Select the second calibration point: click on the row with the mouse. Click on the other force values of the calibration point in turn, and end the calibration of the range (gear) according to the above steps.

How to use linear displacement sensors – Turck
A linear displacement sensor is an electrical signal device that converts the linear mechanical displacement into a linear or arbitrary function relationship through the potentiometer element. In order to achieve the intention of measuring displacement, it is necessary to have a confirmation relationship between the change in displacement and the change in resistance. Usually...

The difference between load cells and load cells – Turck
1. Materials
Load cells require stringent parameters such as creep of the output signal, temperature drift and zero point stability, so the metal properties of the sensor elastomers such as deformation, internal stress relief, as well as zero point stability and temperature compensation on the strain gauge are more demanding. And the load cell ...

Choose the right laser displacement sensor method – Turck
1) Pay attention to the structure and data of the object to be measured, and the general laser displacement sensor needs to measure the triangular optical path with intact requirements. If the measured object has deep grooves or messy appearance, it may cause the triangular light path to be occluded, so that it cannot be measured. There are also some light-absorbing materials, such as black rubber and other materials, most of the light intensity will be ...
