There are two ways to move a displacement sensor, but which two methods are there? We're going to talk about that today. Displacement is a quantity related to the movement of the position of an object during motion, and according to the different motion methods, displacement sensors can be divided into linear displacement sensors andangleDisplacement sensors, so what exactly are these two types of displacement sensors?
First of all, let's talk about the linear displacement sensor, the function of the sensor is to convert the linear mechanical displacement into an electrical signal, in order to accomplish this role, the variable resistance slide rail is generally fixed on the fixed part of the sensor, and the displacement of the slide blade on the slide rail is used to measure different resistance values. The sensor slide is connected to a steady-state DC voltage, which allows a small current to flow through microamperes, and the voltage between the slide and the start is proportional to the length of the slide movement. The use of the sensor as a voltage divider minimizes the required accuracy of the total resistance value of the slide rail, because the change in resistance value caused by the change in temperature does not affect the measurement result.
soangleWhat about displacement sensors?
It is mainly used in obstacle treatment and applicationangleSensors to control your wheels can directly spot obstacles. How does it work? It's actually very brief, if the motorangleThe sensor construction works without the gears turning, indicating that your machine is now blocked by obstacles. This skill is very simple to use, but it is also very useful. The only requirement is that the wheels of the movement do not slip on the floor (or slip too many times), otherwise you will not be able to detect obstacles. This problem can be prevented by an idling gear connected to the motor, the wheel is not driven by the motor but by the movement of the equipment, and if the idler stops during the rotation of the drive wheel, then you have hit an obstacle.

Range and accuracy of load cells – Turck
1. The scale of the sensor:
(1) In normal use (static test or quasi-static test, the frequency of use is not high), the scale of the sensor should be selected to consider the force value of the measurement, but also to consider the weight of the auxiliary thing (test fixture) and so on.

AC and DC contactor interchangeability
1. The AC contactor can replace the DC contactor in an emergency, and the suction time can not exceed 2 hours (because the heat dissipation of the AC coil is worse than the DC coil, which is determined by their different structures).

Turck's pressure transmitters have no output cause
Generally, when encountering the situation that the pressure transmitter has no output in the field, people always subconsciously think that there is something wrong with the pressure transmitter, but this damage only accounts for a small amount in practice.
In many applications, pressure transmitters may be used separately and in combination with other equipment or systems.

How to use angle sensors to measure torque – Turck
It is difficult to measure torque on a continuously rolling axis, and there are several ways to do it. The most common method is to derive the torque from the energy required by the rolling shaft. In general, this means measuring the current of the motor that drives the rolling shaft. Although this is simple but inaccurate, it is caused by ...

Laser displacement sensor selection method – Turck
1. Pay attention to the structure and data of the measured object, and the measurement of the general laser displacement sensor requires a complete triangular optical path. If the object to be measured has deep grooves or messy appearance, the triangular light path may be obstructed, making it impossible to measure. There are also some light-absorbing materials, such as black rubber and other materials, most of the light intensity will be ...

Introduction to the photoelectric effect of sensors
The photoelectric effect can be divided into two categories: the external photoelectric effect and the internal photoelectric effect, and the internal photoelectric effect can be divided into the photoconductive effect and the photogenerated volt effect. It refers to the phenomenon that electrons in an object escape from the surface of the object under the illumination of light, resulting in photoelectron emission. Equipment made according to the external photoelectric effect ...
