Turck's debugging method for turck pressure sensors is as follows: Using a controller with a 0.08-2MPa plan, requesting a pressure drop to 0.8MPa (down switching value) to announce the contact signal, the operation process is as follows:
Screw the product into the threaded mouth of the hydraulic pressure calibration table, and apply pressure to the product for 2 minutes according to the practical working pressure before setting.
1. Connect the multimeter to the output wire;
2. Twist the screws on the controller;
3. Increase the pressure to 0.8MPa, this value can be read from the standard pressure gauge;
4. Loosen the set screw;
5. Use a slotted wrench to rotate the set value clockwise to dispatch the hexagonal groove in the screw, so that the set value becomes small and large, until the switch contact is switched at O.6MPa;
6. The pressure of the dispatching and calibration table is changed back and forth on O.8MPa, and check whether the pressure is 0.6Mpa when the pressure drops, and this value is the downward switching value to be set. The corresponding up-switching value is between 0.82-0.84MPa;
7. Screw the set screw and complete the debugging.
