According to the functional phase power of the inverter to control the operation of the motor, the power is supplied to the inverter bridge (IGBT) through the filter capacitor through rectification, and then the operation of the motor is controlled by the three-phase electricity with adjustable frequency and voltage output frequency of the inverter.

We all know that the three-phase stator winding of the motor flows through the current to produce a rotating magnetic field, according to the principle of magnetoelectric induction, the shell of the motor will induce electromotive force, the size of the electromotive force depends on the size of the switching frequency of the inverter IGBT, because the high-performance control requires a high switching frequency, the switching speed is very fast, then the DV/DT is large, together this induced electromotive force is large, and people have the feeling of electric shock on contact. Theoretically, the faster the switching speed of IGBT, the higher the induced electromotive force on the motor shell, and the higher the control accuracy and response of the inverter to the motor, the higher the feeling of being charged after contact, on the contrary, the switching frequency of IGBT is slow, the induction electricity is small, and the feeling of human contact is small, so the switching frequency of the domestic low-end inverter design is low, and the induction electricity is small after controlling the motor, and the person does not feel anything, but its handling is poor, and the dynamic response is slower.

The performance and dynamic response of the inverter are better, the switching frequency and speed of the IGBT are higher, and the induced electromotive force will be larger accordingly. Because the frequency of the power frequency operation motor is only 50HZ, there will be no feeling of leakage on one side, and when the frequency conversion is controlled, the switching frequency is very high, and the motor shell will have a feeling of leakage.
