Fault Code: OCF.
(1) Fault name: inverter overcurrent fault
(2) The cause of the failure: the motor nameplate data input is incorrect: the load dragged by the motor is too heavy: the machinery is stuck; Motor stalled.
(3) The way to solve the fault: check whether the motor nameplate data in the set (Set) and motor control (drC) menus is entered correctly; Whether the overcurrent protection threshold is appropriate: check whether the inverter selection is appropriate with the motor and load, and check whether the motor is stalled; Check if the machine is stuck.
2. Motor short-circuit fault
Fault Code: SCF
(1) Fault name: The inverter can display the short circuit of the SCF1 motor according to the different degrees of short circuit; SCF2 has an impedance short circuit; SCF3 is short-circuited to ground.
(2) Cause of fault: SCF1: When the output of the inverter is short-circuited between phases or output to ground, the fault is detected by hardware and responds quickly (a few microseconds), and the current threshold that triggers the fault is between 3-4 times the rated current of the inverter.
(3) SCF2: The impedance short circuit occurs in the inverter because of the inverter output phase or the output is relative, and the software is used to detect this fault in a few milliseconds, and the possible reasons for the output grounding of the inverter are: short circuit of the motor itself; Excessively long motor cables, if there are multiple motors in parallel, the cable length between the motor and the inverter is more than 80 meters, and the motor reactor or the sine wave filter on the output side of the inverter is not used to reduce the earth leakage current.
(4) The cause of the failure: the cable insulation problem from the motor or inverter to the motor; current transformer failure; The power strip includes |GBT power partial failure; The control board is faulty. SCF3: When the motor is started or running, the output of the inverter is detected to be short-circuited with the ground, and the inverter detects that the output has a large leakage current to the ground.
(5) The way to solve the fault: check the cable insulation between the inverter and the motor; Check the motor insulation; If the cable between the motor and the inverter is too long, the motor reactor or the sine wave filter on the output side of the inverter should be used to reduce the ground leakage current; Reduce the switching frequency of the inverter and check whether the GBT power part is normal.
