The new dual-MAC address mode enables this powerful controller to connect to the automation network through one port and securely connect to the cloud through a second port. When it is not necessary to interface with the cloud, it can be used for communication between two different Ethernet protocols. For example, it can be used as a Profinet device in conjunction with EtherNet I/P, Modbus TCP/RTU or CANopen master.

Direct cloud connectivity without the need for marginal gateways

The IP67 controller can be connected directly to Turck's cloud servers, eliminating the need for a rated marginal gateway, greatly simplifying project planning.
