Sensors can be considered to be almost all areas of industrial automation that provide important information, such as bearing, current, flow rate, temperature, spacing, angle and other information into digital and analog signals. As a pioneer in modern sensor technology, Turck offers a wide range of product lines. More than 5,000 proximity switches, photoelectric switches, fluid and azimuth sensors can be selected to complete the user's customized measurement plan.
1. Inductive sensor, which detects metal objects without wear and non-touch methods. The advantages are durability, reliability, high switching frequency, and long service life. Thanks to the common coil planning, the UPROX enables the sensor to provide a high detection interval, a metal attenuation factor of 1 for everything, and a simple device that provides excellent measurement from the start.
2. Capacitive sensors are detected by non-touch and wear-free methods. Capacitive sensors are used to detect metal (conductive) and non-metallic (non-conductive) objects without touch and wear. The level of liquids and bulk goods is monitored in the same way. In addition to positioning detection, Turck's capacitive sensors can also be used for overflow detection, leak detection or pump idling maintenance.
3. The magnetic induction sensor is especially suitable for non-touch azimuth detection of the piston in the cylinder. Thanks to its patented operating principle, the magnetic sensor detects permanent magnets of different levels of piston strength connected to all common cylinders. The sensor operates without wear and tear, with short-circuit maintenance, and is robust and IP67 rated. We also offer solutions for simulation inquiries for welding or hazardous area applications.
4. The ultrasonic sensor detects the general object through non-touch and wear-free ultrasonic waves. Whether the object is clear, metallic or non-metallic, liquid, solid or powdery does not affect its operation. Ultrasonic sensors are available in a variety of different plans, detection scales, sound wave angles, and output types for users to choose from. Most of them have temperature compensation, noise suppression, and connection cables for automatic synchronization.
5. Photoelectric sensors and systems use visible red light or infrared light to detect different types of objects, without touching objects, and are not bound by the material, quality and consistency of objects. Whether it's a standard or programmable multi-function model, a compact device or a device with peripherals such as an external amplifier, each sensor has a special function that is specifically planned for different applications. Turck offers a comprehensive range of photoelectric sensor solutions.
6. The pressure sensor can measure the relative pressure of liquids and gases. The PS series provides pressure sensors with a display function and various output variables (switching and analogue outputs) as well as IO-Link communication. The PT series includes a non-functional pressure sensor that supports an analog output with a medium temperature of -125°C. The PC series provides IO-Link communication functions. The sensors of the PK series are specially planned for pneumatic and vacuum applications.

The structure of the proximity sensor switch
1. Durability
The reason why the switch has such a long life is that the switch acts as elastic in the straight direction from the elastic membrane. Despite the millions of activities after the elastic membrane, due to the small creep rate, only 0.1 - 0.3m ...

How to use linear displacement sensors – Turck
A linear displacement sensor is an electrical signal device that converts the linear mechanical displacement into a linear or arbitrary function relationship through the potentiometer element. In order to achieve the intention of measuring displacement, it is necessary to have a confirmation relationship between the change in displacement and the change in resistance. Usually...

The internal composition of the tension force sensor
1. Sensor body: including the sensor's shell, mechanical structure, circuit board, etc.
2. Deformation element: It is the most important part of the tension sensor, which converts the force into signal output. Commonly used deformation elements are strain gauges, piezoresistive sensors, piezoelectric crystals, and compact gases.

Intake pressure sensor failure response – Turck
1. The internal circuit of the sensor is open or short-circuited;
2. The output signal of the sensor cannot change with the change of the vacuum degree of the inlet pipe;
3. The voltage of the output signal of the sensor is too large or too small, and its value violates the stop range.

The difference between load cells and load cells – Turck
1. Materials
Load cells require stringent parameters such as creep of the output signal, temperature drift and zero point stability, so the metal properties of the sensor elastomers such as deformation, internal stress relief, as well as zero point stability and temperature compensation on the strain gauge are more demanding. And the load cell ...

Precautions for the selection of load cells – Turck
1. Sensor scale:
(1) In normal use (static test or quasi-static test, the frequency of use is not high), the scale of the sensor should be selected to consider the force value of the measurement, but also to consider the weight of the auxiliary thing (test fixture) and so on.

Working process and detection method of temperature sensor - Turck
A temperature sensor is a functional component that senses temperature and converts the sensed temperature change into an electrical signal. Before we practice the temperature sensor detection and replacement, we must first have a certain understanding of the device orientation, structural characteristics and operating principle of the temperature sensor.

The main thing about Turck's inductive sensors
1. Attenuation of detection distance. The slip warp is made of iron, which is suitable for inductive sensor detection; The scale of the measured part of the slippery warp is slightly smaller than the scale of the standard test object, so there will be a certain attenuation.
2. On-site anti-disturbance ...
