(2) Humidity
For the damage of this element, I believe that the majority of peers can understand - when the ambient humidity is greater than 90%, the insulation of the device inside the VFD will deteriorate, resulting in the failure of the VFD. Therefore, the placement of desiccant in the VFD if necessary becomes a necessary means of dehumidification.
(3) Corrosive gases
Due to the corrosive gas, it has a great damage effect on the electrical insulation properties of the PCB and plastic shell inside the VFD. In this environment, a hermetically sealed enclosure that meets the requirements of safety regulations should be used.
(4) Vibration and shock.
These two physical phenomena will form the poor electrical contact and open welding of components in VFD, and also have a great impact on the normal application of VFD. Therefore, it is important to strengthen daily protection and repair operations.
