3D Mouse Move is a plug-in for real-time control of the robot, which can be rotated in any direction or rotation. Simply put, once you move and tilt the SpaceMouse, the robot tool will follow the same slope and movement. UR users can easily locate the robot by hand using the freedrive button. However, when the robot is out of range of the operator, 3 D Mouse Move replicates the same intuitive experience. This can happen if the robot is in another room or in an area that the operator can't access. 3D mouse movement can be used to teach the robot during programming or to control the robot in real-time to perform tasks such as scanning, painting, shooting video, picking, and placing.
Real-time imaging with a 3D mouse gives you complete control over the position and viewing angle of the X-ray image. X-ray images of a given area of the sample are displayed on the screen in real time. Simple manual control using the live view creates the perfect tool for locating and inspecting defects in the structure in 3D. Manual control of the viewing direction and instant feedback between the X-ray image makes the system a very intuitive tool. Thanks to the connection of images to our actions, the brain is able to create a very clear concept of 3D structures. As a result, robotic detection is faster, requires less data processing than CT, and can be applied to selected areas of larger objects.
features
· Intuitive real-time movement
· Combines 3 translation axes and 3 rotation axes
· Stop the robot movement on the selected axis
· Independent control of translation and rotation speed
· Quickly select Rotate Only, Translate Only, or a combination of both.
· Choose between different tools (TCP)
· URCap user interface
How does it work?
Plug the SpaceMouse directly into any UR robot (or teach pendant) and control the robot tool in real-time. Moving the robot with 3D Mouse Move feels intuitive, as the robot tool is freely held by hand to pan and rotate it in any direction. Once you move and tilt the SpaceMouse, the robot tool will follow the same tilt and movement. Use the URCap user interface for fine-grained control of motion speed and axes.

What are the six subsystems of Universal Robots – Industrial Robot Systems?
1. Mechanical structure system
From the perspective of mechanical structure, industrial robots are generally divided into tandem robots and parallel robots. The characteristic of a tandem robot is that the movement of one axis will change the coordinate origin of another axis, while the movement of one axis of a parallel robot will not change the coordinate origin of another axis.

The UR5e cobot automates the inspection of the rocket thrust chamber
Cobots are not only able to perform precise processes and pre-defined work processes together repeatedly, but also with minimal deviations during the fulfillment, thus providing favorable conditions for discussion or analysis. This is also an important reason why many manufacturers choose cobots to perform automated quality inspections.
