1. Busway horizontal device, the interval between the two brackets is ≯2500mm, and the interval between straight devices is ≯3600mm;

2. When the device bracket is straight, it should be drilled with the channel side plate and fastened with M6-M8 bolts.

3. In the process of device construction, priority should be given to the construction plan from the power supply system, bus trunk line to branch trunk line;

4. The fundamental sequence of closing the bus duct device: select the wiring direction→ fix the bracket→ fix the slot hole with four bolts→ add the bus adapter plate and insulating pad → single bolt into the insulating sleeve→ bolt into the bus preset hole→ fasten at both ends→ install the upper and lower half covers→ and fix the channel on the bracket.

5. When installing the channel bus, the start, middle, end and channel shell should be reliably connected to the grounding network of the electrical equipment. The insulating channel housing should be connected with a flat copper strip or yellow-green cable on the grounding bolt between the two channels to ensure that the entire channel is connected to form a grounding system.

6. After the installation project is completed, before power transmission, use a vibration meter to test the insulation resistance of the channel bus interphase and ground insulation: (1) The low-voltage bus channel is not less than 20MΩ; (2) About 6-10KV high-voltage bus channel insulation resistance is not less than 1200MΩ. 35KV insulation resistance is not less than 3000MΩ.

7. Before transmission, the 6-35KV bus channel should be subjected to 50HZ power frequency withstand voltage test and DC leakage test, and it can be put into operation only after it is qualified;

8. The bus duct is put into operation, tighten the bus joint bolts within 3 months, and check the contact status of the bus joint;

9. Check the following items of bus duct in operation at least once a year:

1) Tighten the fixing bolts, especially the bus joints, investigate whether the joints have poor contact or incineration caused by overcurrent, and deal with them;

2) Test the degree of insulation of the swing meter and check whether the insulation material is aging;

3) The connection between the bus channel and the grounding grid;

4) Pay attention to the internal and external absorption of dust and condensation;
