1. Direct-acting relief valve

How it works:

The hydraulic force and the spring force are directly balanced to control the opening and closing action of the valve core, so as to ensure that the pressure of the oil inlet is basically constant.

Peculiarity:

(1) The hydraulic pressure of the valve core is balanced by the spring force, so when the system pressure is very high, the spring must be very hard, resulting in a bulky structure and not light pressure regulation. Generally, it is used in low-pressure systems with pressure excitation less than 2.5MPa, and is used as a safety valve or back pressure valve.

(2) Due to the change of inertia or load, resulting in q, change, that is, the change of opening degree h, because k is very large, so p is unstable, and the voltage stabilization accuracy is poor;

(3) The structure is simple and cheap, but it is easy to produce vibration and noise when working.

2. Special relief valve

The pressure is controlled by the principle that the liquid pressure difference between the upper and lower ends of the main valve core is balanced with the spring force.
