2. Torque signal processing method: the frequency signal output by the torque sensor is sent to the frequency meter or digital meter, and the frequency signal or voltage and current signal proportional to the torque are directly read.
The torque and frequency signals of the torque sensor are sent to the secondary surface of the single-chip microcomputer, and the real-time torque value, speed and output power value and RS232 communication signal are directly displayed. The frequency signals of torque and rotational speed are sent directly to a computer or PLD for processing.
Protection & Maintenance:
1. Grease the bearings at both ends of the torque sensor every other year. When adding grease, only turn the bearing covers at both ends open, add grease to the bearings, and then install the end covers.
2. It should be stored in a dry, non-corrosive, room temperature of -20°C-70°C.
3. Torque sensor industrial device:
Torque sensor industrial devices and general use devices should pay attention to the point: first of all, the problem of the use of the environment, the industrial use of torque sensor devices in the environment temperature is relatively high, and the relative humidity is better than 90%, no flammable, explosive environment. The shielding of the magnetic field is also very important in the industrial torque sensor, and the general torque sensor should not be installed in the environment of strong electromagnetic interference.
The second is the device method, which is also a horizontal device and a straight device. The connection between the torque sensor and the power equipment and load equipment is also appropriate, and the demand should be very stable in the application of industrialization. The elastic pin coupling should not be used in industrial applications, because it is simple in structure, easy to process, and convenient in protection, it is generally suitable for medium load, high and low speed working occasions with frequent starting, and the working temperature is -20-70 °C.
Notes:
1. When the device is installed, it cannot be operated with electricity, and the sensor must not be directly hit or bumped.
2. The fastening bolts of the coupling should be tightened, and the outside of the coupling should be covered with a protective cover to avoid personal injury.
3. The output of the signal line shall not be to the ground, short circuit to the power supply, and the output current shall not be greater than 10mA? It is necessary that the shield of the shielded cable is connected to the common end of the +15V power supply (power ground).
