This means that Janssen is able to choose from a wide range of Weidmüller models, including 800 MultiCards and other metal and stainless steel symbols for specific purposes. Correct and complete symbols are critical to servicing, protecting, and smooth troubleshooting. Because Janssen manufactures switchgear for mechanical systems in large quantities and produces customized switches according to customer standards, it is important to be able to achieve results quickly.

In addition, the symbol number has an integrated warm-up function to ensure that ink flow control is optimized while improving print quality. In particular, thanks to the use of a multi-stage high-temperature fuser (consisting of an infrared emitter, ventilation, thermal separation and a sophisticated heat dissipation system), the PrintJet CONNECT is also suitable for batch printing of symbol numbers.
"The switchgear we produce can be customized according to customer needs, and can also be used for mass production of mechanical equipment systems. PrintJet CONNECT has given us more flexibility in our operations, which is clear because we are able to process multiple different MultiCards in the same print order. In this way, the printed symbol numbers can be used immediately," says Jan Heinen, explaining the advantages of the printer. This means that even if the criteria for individual print job symbols are different, there is no need to change the print media in a time-consuming and laborious manner. For each order, up to 50 MultiCards can be contained in the storage silo and then output via the integrated outfeed bin. The printer is wonderfully planned and is also capable of printing half a MultiCard. In this way, even small order quantities can be achieved with cost savings and continuous production.
