1. The bearing of the hydraulic motor can withstand the radial force, and the transmission parts such as the pulley shall not be directly installed on the spindle for the motor that cannot withstand the radial force.
The driving sprocket is driven by a hydraulic motor, and the driven sprocket drives the conveyor belt roller. According to the user, the motor often leaks oil, and the seal ring starts to leak less than 3 months after it is replaced. What causes an oil spill? The hydraulic motor drives the pulley through the chain drive, and because the chain drive also generates radial force, the oil seal deforms after being subjected to the radial force, resulting in oil leakage.
2. Hydraulic motor chain drive
(1) The motor leakage oil pipe should be unblocked, generally not connected to the back pressure, when the leaking oil pipe is too long or connected to the back pressure due to a certain need, its size shall not exceed the allowable value of the low-pressure seal.
(2) The external leakage oil should be able to ensure that the motor shell is filled with oil, and prevent all the oil in the shell from flowing back to the oil tank during shutdown.
(3) For the motor with a long downtime and cannot be directly operated at full load, it should be used normally after a period of idle operation.
3. The frame where the motor is installed should have sufficient rigidity
(1) The bracket and base of the motor must have sufficient rigidity to withstand the reaction force acting on the motor when the motor outputs torque.
(2) The insufficient stiffness of the frame where the motor is installed will cause vibration or deformation, and even accidents will occur, and the concentricity of the connection between the drive machine and the motor shaft cannot be guaranteed to be controlled within 0.1mm.
4. The hydraulic motor and gearbox should not be used together
(1) One of the characteristics of hydraulic transmission is that the power-to-weight ratio is large, and in general, the hydraulic motor circuit itself can complete the usual speed regulation and speed change functions.
(2) If the hydraulic motor is used together with the gear gearbox, the characteristics of hydraulic control will be lost, and the volume and cost of the equipment will be significantly increased.
5. The oil drain port of the hydraulic motor should be returned to the oil tank separately
(1) Although all the oil return pressure is not high from the general concept, the oil return in many hydraulic systems still has a certain pressure, and the oil drain chamber of the hydraulic motor is not allowed to have pressure.
(2) The inside of the oil drain port of the hydraulic motor is connected to the cavity of the shell, and the shaft seal of the motor shaft only plays a sealing role, not pressure resistance. If this port is connected with other oil return pipelines, it is easy to cause damage to the motor shaft seal and lead to oil leakage, so it is not allowed to connect the oil drain port of the hydraulic motor with other oil return pipelines.
6. Air should not enter the hydraulic motor
(1) During the initial operation of the hydraulic system, it is inevitable that it will contain air in the pipes of the system.
(2) An important part of system debugging is to exhaust the air in the system, which is especially important for hydraulic motors.
(3) The hydraulic medium in the motor has a process from high pressure to low pressure suddenly, and the frequency of the process is very high, on average about 10 times per revolution.
(4) When the hydraulic oil entering the motor contains air, cavitation will occur locally at the sudden change in pressure, so that the motor will be damaged quickly.
